Three Belgrade men are charged with aggravated burglary, after an alleged home invasion early Monday morning.

Prosecutors say Justin Ricker, Dylan Patterson and a boy under the age of 18 knocked on Jefferey Fisher's back door around 2:15 a.m.

When Fisher opened the door, the men allegedly pushed their way into the apartment and tried to beat him up, then fled.

Officers arrested the men in a traffic stop a short time later. They say Eric Suhr drove the getaway car; he is also being charged.

Ricker reportedly told officers they wanted to hurt Fisher in retaliation for a conflict between Ricker and Fisher's girlfriend.
