The son of a Missoula woman charged with running over a police officer with her car faces was arrested for allegedly letting his mother hide at his apartment.
18-year-old Stephen Roy Goodman was arrested Thursday and was scheduled to appear in Justice Court Thursday afternoon on a charge of obstructing justice.
Goodman's mother, 47-year-old Dawnette Eaton, is charged with assault with a weapon, escape and failing to remain at the scene of an accident after Officer Deni Poling was run over as she and Lt. Rich Stepper tried to arrest Eaton on a probation violation. Stepper fired at the car, hitting Eaton in the arm.
Prosecutors allege 34-year-old Kimberly Sue Inman gave Eaton a ride to her son's house, where Eaton was eventually located.
