MISSOULA, Mont. -

Forest Service officials say 8 smokejumpers have been dispatched in the Rattlesnake Wilderness area.

Forest Service spokesperson Brandan Schulze said the small fire was spotted during a routine patrol of the area Thursday afternoon, and 8 smokejumpers were quickly dispatched to area.

It's between Roosevelt, Twin and Farmers Lakes; North of Missoula.

No other jumpers have been dispatched at this time.
