Bozeman Police cited employees at six local businesses for failing alcohol compliance checks.
Police this morning told us they checked a total of 40 businesses.
In each instance, they sent a 19-year-old into the restaurant, bar or store to try to buy alcohol without an ID.
Clerks and servers who failed the check face fines of up to $500 and a possible six months in jail.
