Silver Bow County man dies of extended illness in prison
The Montana State Prison says a Butte man serving time for attempted sexual intercourse with out consent died Sunday night.
The following is a news release from the Montana Department of Corrections.
"Montana State Prison inmate Daniel Donovan 3007119 died at approximately 9:30 p.m. on Sunday, December 23, 2012 of an extended illness.
Mr. Donovan was 62 years of age.
Mr. Donovan was received at Montana State Prison on April 7, 2011 for the crime of Attempted Sexual Intercourse without Consent from Silver Bow County."
NBC Montana checked prison records, Donovan was serving a six year sentence.
