A Gallatin County judged handed down a one year deferred sentence for a 26-year-old Saudi Arabian man accused of raping an underage girl back in October.
Mohammed Al Muhaisen made a deal with prosecutors and pleaded no contest to Endangering the Welfare of Children, a misdemeanor.
He was first charged with sexual intercourse without consent and providing alcohol and marijuana to an 18-year-old girl.
Al Muhaisen will also have to pay 75 dollars in court fees.
He will also get credit for 154 days served.
