Lewis and Clark County officials say no charges will be filed in the Aug. 19 drowning of a 6-year-old boy at Spring Meadow Lake State Park.
County Attorney Leo Gallagher says he met with an investigator, who determined the death of Thomas Patrick Morrow of Townsend was an accident.
Morrow and his family were attending a birthday party at the lake when the boy went under the water. Rescue divers quickly found his body, but resuscitation efforts failed.
