A bed-bug ridden Bozeman motel some complained was an eyesore and magnet for trouble is slated for the wrecking ball, if a developer is cleared to replace the structure with a three-story office and residential building.
Shahan Enterprises wants to build a 40,000-square-foot, three-story building, according to plans filed with the city planning department.
The Flathead Bank of Bigfork reportedly owns the building now, which sits on the east end of Main Street near Lindley Park.
