Montana State Parks unveils new license plate
Montana State Parks teams up with Montana Fish, Wildlife and Parks to bring revenue to all of Montana’s 54 state parks.
A new license plate with a painting of placid lake by local artist Monte Dolack, will be available at the DMV for $50 and 20 of those dollars will be donated to the state’s parks.
The last state parks’ license plate was designed ten years ago, and brings in about 12,000 dollars a year.
Drivers may renew their current state parks license plate online at Montana’s Motor Vehicle Division, at your county Treasurer’s office, or by visiting the state parks home page, stateparks.mt.gov.
