A Missoula man accused of stealing three cars and running from police now faces felony charges.
Prosecutors say 37-year-old Nathanial Roth stole three vehicles between the end of August and the first part of October.
Police say they caught him trying to break into a fourth vehicle Tuesday and after attempting to run away police were able to apprehend him.
His bail’s been set at $50,000. This will run congruently with the his other $50,000 bond.
