A Missoula daycare that lost its license after allegations that a 4-year-old boy was left alone in the center's van for two hours has closed.
An official from the Montana Department of Public Health and Human Services was at the Missoula day care on Wednesday to confirm the closure.
The state revoked Tot Town's license, effective Tuesday, after an investigation found the boy was left in the van while other children attended a movie on July 19. The investigation found temperatures in the van likely reached 110 degrees.
Three Tot Town workers, including director Melanie Hoke, have pleaded not guilty to negligent child endangerment. Hoke has said she plans to contest the loss of the license, but a hearing has not been set.
