Man pleads no contest to recording mother, daughter at waterpark

A Missoula man won't be sent to jail after being accused of video-recording a woman and her daughter while they changed clothes at a swimming pool.

NBC Montana told you last August when Michael Gauci was arrested after the incident at Splash Montana.

Thursday Gauci didn't dispute the two misdemeanor charges for observing and video recording the pair as they changed into their bathing suits at the waterpark.

He pleaded no contest in exchange for a year and half sentence, all suspended, to the Missoula County Detention Center, where he used to work
