Christopher Shane Lewing, 32, pleaded not guilty to having sexual intercourse without consent with a minor during his arraignment Thursday morning.
Charging documents say that Lewing lived in the minor's home. In 2006, he allegedly engaged in sexual intercourse multiple times with the girl, who was 15 at the time. She says that Lewing knew she was underage.
If found guilty, Lewing could face 4-100 years in prison, with a maximum fine of $50,000.
