A car went off U.S. Highway 93 near Stevensville and struck a power pole, killing a 79-year-old Victor man.
The Montana Highway Patrol says the man was northbound just after 10:30 a.m. Wednesday when his car drifted off the east shoulder of the road, struck a delineator post and continued until it hit a power pole.
The man died at the scene. His name has not been released.
