Livingston man pleads not guilty to Bozeman shooting
GALLATIN COUNTY
A 22-year-old Livingston man who police say shot a woman twice outside a Taco Bell in Bozeman has pleaded not guilty to two felony charges of attempted deliberate homicide and one misdemeanor charge of carrying a switchblade knife.
The Bozeman Daily Chronicle reports that Nathaniel John Budd pleaded not guilty Friday in Gallatin County District Court.
Budd was arrested Dec. 1 after police said he shot at a man and woman in a vehicle at the Gallatin Valley Mall. Court records say the woman suffered two bullet wounds after she and Budd reportedly argued. The woman was treated at a hospital and released.
Budd is being held in the Gallatin County jail on $100,000 bond.
