HELENA, Mont. -

A hearing is planned for Monday to discuss naming the state Justice Building after former Attorney General Joe Mazurek, who died last summer from complications of Alzheimer's disease.
Lee Newspapers of Montana reports that current Attorney General Tim Fox asked Republican Senate Majority Leader Art Wittich of Bozeman to sponsor the bill.
Mazurek, a Democrat, spent a dozen years in the Montana Senate before serving as attorney general from 1993 to 2001.
The state Justice Department, Supreme Court and State Library are housed in the Justice Building.
