BOZEMAN, Mont. -

The Gallatin National Forest plans to reopen some trails and recreation areas Saturday, that were closed because of the Millie Fire.

That includes the Swan Creek Trail, Moose Creek Road and Hyalite Canyon (to the ridgeline between Hyalite and South Cottonwood canyons).

The South Cottonwood, Little Bear and Storm Castle areas will stay closed.

The Hyalite Reservoir will be closed to boats and all other watercraft, so that firefighting aircraft can safely gather water. Swimming along the banks is allowed.
