Gallatin County inmate pleads guilty to breaking sink in cell
A Bozeman man in jail awaiting trial on other charges pleaded guilty to breaking the sink in a holding cell on Thursday.
Deputies cited 18 year old Jameison Beam with misdemeanor criminal mischief on Wednesday.
Court documents say Beam broke the sink away from the wall in holding cell number four.
In court he told the judge he didn't like the way he was being treated by some of the people in the jail and broke the sink by jumping on it.
Beam is in jail awaiting trial on two counts felony sexual intercourse without consent. In that case he's accused of raping two girls under the age of 16.
Beam is set to be sentenced on the misdemeanor criminal mischief charge November 28th.
