RE: GARDEN CITY COMMUNITY BREW
"Taverns, breweries and distributors, working together for Missoula"
The Missoula County Tavern Owners Association (MCTOA) and four local breweries (Bayern, Big Sky, Draught Works and Kettlehouse) have joined together to create a collaboration called Garden City Community Brew.
This program will have our local breweries brew a one-of-a kind beer bi-annually. This beer will be distributed exclusively to MCTOA members' taverns and proceeds from the sales will benefit Missoula's local charities.
The first brew will be a Black IPA, brewed at Draught Works on December 5th. Over $4,000 has already been donated by MCTOA members and the breweries. Proceeds will be presented on December 19th to the Missoula Food Bank. Distribution of the beer will begin December 21st. The beer will only be available in twenty taverns in Missoula. We invite Missoula to join us in support Friday, December 21st by enjoying a pint of this specialty brew at one of the participating Missoula taverns.
