The Sanders County prosecutor has filed a deliberate homicide charge against Nathan Leewilliam Calvert.
NBC Montana called the Sanders County Clerk’s office where a new employee has refused to release the court document pending a judge’s decision.
Calvert is in jail.
NBC Montana told you last week that he is accused of murdering Doug Morigeau and injuring his wife in a home invasion robbery.
