BUTTE, Mont. -

Following up on a story NBC Montana first brought to you back in October.

A Butte woman pleaded not guilty today to charges of stabbing her boyfriend.

Prosecutors say 27-year-old Tara O'Donnell stabbed her boyfriend in the back as he was moving out after the relationship had reportedly turned sour, according to police records.

She faces one charge each of felony assault with a weapon and aggravated assault.

Judge Kurt Krueger made the decision to leave her bond at $75,000.

Each charge carries a maximum of 20 years in prison.
