A Gallatin County judge set bail at five-thousand dollars for an 18-year-old Bozeman man charged with sexual intercourse without consent.
Andrew Stephen Bilyeu is charged with having sex with a 14-year-old girl.
According to court documents, the 14-year-old's stepmother reported the girl told her she was having sex with Bilyeu.
When questioned, detectives say Bilyeu admitted to having sex multiple times with the 14-year-old and told officers he knew the age of consent.
