BOZEMAN, Mont. -

Bozeman folks packed the Gallatin County Fairgrounds for the 45th annual Bridger Ski Foundation Ski Swap.

It's an event where locals can put their gear up for sale and a portion of the profits go towards Bridger Ski Foundation programs.

You'll find everything from alpine and nordic skis to clothing, gloves and hockey gear.

Coordinators of the swap say the fundraiser helps to make Bridger Ski Foundation's programs more affordable but it's also just a great way to kick off winter.

"It's a really good thing for families getting into the sport or people trying something new and winter sports are a big part of our community so, it's really helpful.  People can get affordable gear," says Bridger Ski Foundation Nordic Ski Coach Tim Baucom.

The Ski Swap is open Sunday from 10 to 2pm.
