SKI TOWN THROWDOWN
BOZEMAN, Mont. -

Hundreds of online voters are battling to send Bozeman to the next round of Powder Magazine's "Ski Town Throwdown" contest.

At the beginning of the competition, the top ski areas in the country were given seeds and placed in brackets. Online voters determine which towns continue in the contest.

Bozeman beat its first rival, Marquette. Now it's facing off against the Santa Fe/Taos area.

Voting for this round closes Tuesday at 10 p.m. MST.

Whitefish recently defeated Whistler. They'll go up against the Rossland/Nelson area on November 28-29.
