Police have recovered a handicapped-accessible minivan that was stolen from a 27-year-old college student in Boise.
Will Wallace, a College of Western Idaho student who is a quadriplegic, says police notified his family late Saturday that his van had been located in the parking lot of a local grocery store.
Wallace says the interior of the vehicle was damaged and he plans to hold fundraisers to pay for the repairs.
Police say the vehicle was parked outside Wallace's Boise home July 1 when it was stolen. Authorities retrieved security camera footage from a nearby business and said it showed two men trying to enter two other vehicles before they took Wallace's van.
Police disseminated photos of the van Friday, a day before it was found.
