A Billings man has pleaded guilty to his 13th driving under the influence charge.
Court documents indicate that 55-year-old William Dean Grussing pleaded guilty Friday in district court.
Grussing is scheduled to be sentenced Feb. 12 for the DUI from last June. If he's designated a persistent felony offender, he could receive up to five years in state custody.
