Animal Control Officer arrested for DUI pleads not guilty
SILVER BOW COUNTY
NBC Montana was able to obtain court documents that say Charlie Dick is facing two charges.
Dick pleaded not guilty to the first charge of second offense DUI. However he did plead guilty to a second charge of 'failure to report by quickest means.'
Police arrested Dick after a neighbor told a homeowner he saw a damaged county truck driven by the animal control officer, sitting right next to a damaged fence on the 6100-block of Albany Street.
Police say they found him at the animal control office, where he reportedly refused a standard issue breathalyzer test.
We tried to talk to several city officials today to try to find what or if any action has been taken against Charlie Dick.
Neither animal services director Ed Randall nor Butte Silver Bow Chief Executive Matt Vincent would give NBC Montana any comment on the situation.
