Thorm Forseth says that inspectors looked at four of the company's 11 buses on Wednesday and certified that they met safety standards set by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration.
The U.S. Department of Transportation issued an order on March 22 shutting down Rimrock Stages until the company took actions to improve passenger safety.
Forseth says inspectors will look at more buses next week.
FMCSA spokesman Duane DeBruyne in Washington, D.C., could not comment specifically about Rimrock Stages except to say there has been no change in status.
