MISSOULA, Mont. -

Three young men in their 20's were taken to the hospital after an accident on Highway 93 South, Sunday.

Montana Highway patrol responded to 4-vehicle accident around 12:20 Sunday afternoon.  Troopers told NBC Montana that the lead vehicle, a Suburban, stopped for  a dog in the road, and three other vehicles slammed into one another.

Officers closed down the south bound lane of 93 for about and hour, while the wreckage was cleaned up.

They said the three men taken to Community Medical Center sustained minor injuries.
