18-year-old in jail for alleged rape at UM housing

MISSOULA, Mont. -

An 18-year-old Missoula man's accused of rape in an incident at University of Montana housing near campus.

Police arrested Leo Henry Green II, after assisting UM Police with a disturbance at University Villages early Saturday morning.

Green is currently being held in jail on $50,000 bond for felony sexual intercourse without consent.

He's scheduled to appear in Missoula Justice Court Monday afternoon. NBC Montana will keep you updated.
