A 23-year-old Billings man who suffered severe head injuries when another man stomped on his head last month has died at a Billings hospital.
Yellowstone County Attorney Scott Twito told The Billings Gazette (http://bit.ly/12xL10C ) on Monday that Andrew Stoll had died. An autopsy was planned.
Stoll was injured on Nov. 24. Witnesses told officers 47-year-old Eldon Otter Little Elk stomped on Stoll's head at least twice.
Little Elk was arraigned last week and pleaded not guilty to aggravated assault. He remains jailed on $100,000 bail.
