Vince Bagby

Vince Bagby is the sports director at NBC Montana. He started working in our sports department part-time in October of 2009.

Vince also spent a year as the news director for KBGA College Radio in Missoula while attending school at the University of Montana. He graduated from the U of M School of Journalism in December of 2010.

Vince is originally from Kalispell and is a graduate of Flathead High. During high school he played baseball for the Kalispell Lakers. He says baseball is definitely his favorite sport. However he is passionate about covering all types of sports.

Vince loves the Missoula area and he feels very blessed to find a full-time job with NBC Montana following his college graduation.

In his spare time Vince enjoys working out, hiking and playing sports. He is a die-hard fan of the New York Mets and the Seattle Seahawks.

    Just as most expected heading into the weekend, Flathead High proved to be the best class AA wrestling team at the state tournament. The Braves landed 13 placers to score 251 points, which was over 60 points ahead of second place Bozeman.
