White Sox 7, Blue Jays 5
CHICAGO -- Conor Gillaspie hit his first career grand slam in a six-run first inning for Chicago.
After allowing a run in the top of the first, Chicago stormed back in the bottom half against Drew Hutchison. The White Sox took a 6-1 lead and held on to win the game and the three-game series.
Scott Carroll was credited with the victory after allowing five runs in 5 2/3 innings and four relievers combined to finish off Blue Jays -- including Jake Petricka pitching out of a bases-loaded jam the ninth for his ninth save.
