Eric Turcio is a general assignment reporter for KTVM in Bozeman. Eric is a Connecticut native and has lived on both the East and West Coasts working in television. He is a graduate of Quinnipiac University's School of Journalism in Connecticut and was the main anchor for four years at Quinnipiac's Broadcast Center. Upon graduation Eric interned at WTNH in New Haven and WFSB in Hartford, CT.
Eric's passion for news began at the age of 14. He contacted a local anchor in Connecticut asking her questions about news-casting. Since then, he’s always wanted to be a reporter. Aside from reporting the news his hobby is ballroom dancing. Eric’s been dancing since the age of five and competed all over the United States winning various championships. He also the founder of the Quinnipiac Ballroom Program which now is a credited course on campus.
He enjoys getting involved with the community and helping with local charities. When Eric is not in the newsroom, he enjoys resting, talking to his family on the East Coast, pampering himself, exercising and going out to dinner.
