MISSOULA, Mont. -

The kitchen at the Missoula College Culinary Arts School is a busy place these days as students prepare for next weekend’s fundraiser.

NBC Montana caught up with the group Friday as they prepared sausages, sauces and desserts for the Carnivores Classic.

The event will benefit the Missoula College Culinary Arts Program to help fund a new kitchen. It will also give the public a taste of what the students can cook up!

The two-day benefit kicks off Friday, May 30 with a VIP dinner and auction. On Saturday, May 31 there’s an all day barbeque in Caras Park.
