LIMA, Mont. -- A 63-year-old Utah man is dead after his vehicle rolled over on I-15 early Sunday morning. Murlin Ralph from Payson, Utah was heading North near Lima in the Southwestern corner of the state around mile marker 16.The call came in a little before seven a.m. Highway troopers tell us they think the man fell asleep at the wheel and drifted into the median, drove on the southbound lanes for a bit, then went back into the median. That's when the vehicle rolled over, throwing Ralph from it. We're told he wasn't wearing a seatbelt.Troopers don't think drugs or alcohol were a factor, but it is still under investigation.
