Mariners 6, Blue Jays 3
SEATTLE -- Solo home runs by Kyle Seager and Kendrys Morales led Seattle to a big lead before the bullpen held on against Toronto.
The Mariners pulled out to a 5-1 lead through six innings, but the Blue Jays made things interesting in the eighth. An RBI double by Jose Bautista and Adam Lind's sacrifice fly in his first game off the disabled list cut the lead to 5-3, but the Blue Jays' defense let them down in the bottom of the inning.
A wild pitch and a two-out error, both of them charged to reliever Aaron Loup, led to another Seattle run for a 6-3 lead going into the ninth.
