MISSOULA, Mont. -- A man is in jail in Missoula after getting into a bar fight Sunday night. 24-year-old Benjamin Harrison Maynard faces a felony assault charge and driving drunk. It happened around closing time at Harry David's Bar near the Southgate Mall off Paxson Street. Workers we talked with said they think it started with either a pool game or over a woman and then quickly escalated. We're told Harrison was kicked out, but hung around waiting for another man to walk out. He then allegedly hit the victim in the head with a baton several times. He's being held on $50,000 bond and is scheduled to be in court Tuesday afternoon. The victim was also taken to jail for having a warrant out.
