Hazardous materials teams have given the "all clear" at Missoula City Hall after a "suspicious" package was left by a bicyclist. The package was a "Culligan Water" cardboard box. The box had "general threats" written right on it.

The package was noticed around 2:00 Monday afternoon on surveillance cameras outside the entrance to the police department on City Hall's south side. The bomb squad was called in. It ex-rayed the package and determined it wasn't a bomb.

Shortly before 5:00, hazardous materials units were dispatched to city hall to further examine the package.

Crews gave the all clear shortly before 7:00. Officials say the box contained an un opened bottle of iced tea. The Haz Mat team ran several tests on the box to determine if it was a health or radioactive hazard. Those tests came back negative.
