MISSOULA, Mont. -- This was the last count David Delsignore was facing for hitting four people and killing two last december.Morgan Modine, the defense attorney says "My client wanted to own up to the fact that he was involved in a terrible incident and it resulted in the death of two young women. He wanted to take responsibility for that."He had already pled guilty to killing two girls and injuring a third. Investigators say Delsignore was drunk when he swerved onto the shoulder of the road on the 3000 block of Highway 200 just East of Missoula. They say he hit the four girls as they walked from one friend's house to another. Delsignore's attorney says they turned down a plea agreement.Modine says "There's never a guarantee with a plea bargain, and I think we wanted to allow the judge to look at all the circumstances, not only David's culpability but also the incident and the facts concerning it."Delsignore is scheduled to be sentenced October 8th.
