Montana still has some unknowns on the offensive side of the ball.

Montana's season opener last weekend against western state was just a small appetizer to the rest of their main schedule. The Griz will take the show on the road Saturday as the battle with the Cal Poly Mustangs.Montana did put up 73 points in their most recent game against the Mountaineers, but it was the defense who dominated most the game, scoring a record number four touchdowns. But with Cal Poly being a much tougher oppenent, the main concern this week for Coach Robin Pflugrad is getting the teams offense up to speed, especially in the running game. The Griz only averaged a little over three yards per carry, that's is one issue but there are still some that are unknowns.Coach Pflugrad says they need to work on the long pass game and the running game in order to make a good showing on the road.
