MISSOULA, Mont. -- The man charged in connection to a street race that left one person dead and several others severely injured two years ago pled guilty in Missoula District Court Wednesday has pleaded guilty for his role in a deadly crash which happened two years ago.Matthew Chase from Turah, pled guilty to one count of felony criminal endangerment and two misdemeanor counts of being a habitual traffic offender and not having insurance.Court documents say in August of 2008 Chase was racing another vehicle on Highway 10 East that reached speeds of 120 mph. Montana Highway Patrol Troopers said he cut off a Subaru, forcing it to run off the road and slam into a tree. 25-year-old Jacob Bailey died, while several others were hurt.Chase was scheduled to go to trial next week. He's set for sentencing next Wednesday.

NBC Montana confirmed 34-year-old Jeremy Mata was arrested in Mt. Vernon, Wash., Tuesday.
Skagit County jail officials said Mata was arrested and being held for being a fugitive of justice in Montana and is wanted for homicide.
