The Museum of the Rockies helped a chronically ill boy from Hawaii realize his dream of working with dinosaur bones.
On Thursday, 9-year-old Andrew Rhoden spent the day at the Museum of the Rockies fossil preparation labs.
Rhoden has a rare form of muscular dystrophy. Make-a-Wish Hawaii granted his wish to visit a real dinosaur dig, partnering with the museum.
Before he left, Rhoden met with famed paleontologist Jack Horner and was given special training in preparing real dinosaur fossils.
Wednesday, Andrew spent the day at one of the museum's dig sites near Livingston.
