Man Pleads Guilty To Theft And Criminal Endangerment For Lighter Sentence

Jared Lawshe, a man accused of kidnapping and holding a hostage at gun point reached a plea agreement in Flathead County.Prosecutors dropped kidnapping charges against Jared Lawshe.In exchange, he pleaded guilty to theft and criminal endangerment.Sentencing for Jared Lawshe will take place on October 12, 2010.This also means he could be out in as early as 18 months and spend the rest only on probation.

NBC Montana confirmed 34-year-old Jeremy Mata was arrested in Mt. Vernon, Wash., Tuesday.
