Teen Faces Deliberate Homicide Charges At Later Date

A Flathead County judge postponed the trial date for an Evergreen teen accused of killing two people in a car crash.Justine Winter faces two counts of deliberate homicide. She's accused of crossing into oncoming traffic and slamming into another car. That crash killed a pregnant woman, Erin Thompson, and her 13-year-old son Caden O'Dell.The new trial date is set for November.

NBC Montana confirmed 34-year-old Jeremy Mata was arrested in Mt. Vernon, Wash., Tuesday.
Skagit County jail officials said Mata was arrested and being held for being a fugitive of justice in Montana and is wanted for homicide.
