BOZEMAN, Mont. -

A Bozeman judge set bond at $1 million for a Kentucky woman accused of pulling a gun on an attorney.

Court documents say 53 year old Mary Ann McCulley entered an office building on Valley Commons Drive just after noon on Wednesday.

According to witnesses McCulley slammed two documents down on a table and demanded they be signed and pulled out a gun.

Police say two of the people in the office then wrestled the gun away from her. She was arrested after she fled the building.

In Thursday's court appearance, prosecutors claimed McCulley sent a threatening email to the victims before coming to their office.

"This court can imagine with the victim receiving e-mails and threats that the fear he has is very real because she reportedly was making threats by e-mails, come to Montana, slaughter him and his family and then this very fear becomes realized when she shows up at the mediation with a loaded firearm," said attorney Todd Whipple.

A search of McCulley's car found additional firearms, pairs of handcuffs as well as duct tape.
