Missoula mall shoppers got a scare yesterday after an armed robber allegedly ran into the Southgate Mall after holding up a casino.
Police say 18-year-old Cody Thomas entered Lucky Lil's casino on Brooks Street around 7:30 p.m. and pulled a handgun on the attendant.
He reportedly left with an undisclosed amount of cash, and a witness saw him run into the Southgate Mall near the Mustard Seed restaurant entrance.
Police say they arrested Thomas, who was still armed, outside Sears.
No one was injured. Thomas is being held on $50,000 bond and appears in court Monday.
