MISSOULA, Mont. -

A former Frenchtown Volunteer Firefighter is suing the former fire chief and fire district board members.

Jenny Ross filed her lawsuit at the beginning of this year, and just recently amended that complaint to include specific board members, past and present.

The suit names multiple people including former Fire Chief John Bibler, the fire district and its insurance company. It lists more than 25-different accusation; among them, assault, and a hostile work environment.

This suit comes after a private investigators look into allegations surrounding the Bibler.

NBC Montana first told you when that report was released to the public last November. It looked at several accusations against Bibler, including, viewing porn on fire department computers and making sexual advances toward female staff members.

This new law suit demands a trial, but Ross' attorney says that's at least a few months away.

NBC Montana will keep you updated.
