A Stevensville woman accused of setting her house on fire last month, while her boyfriend and three children were inside has pleaded not guilty to all charges. According to a court affidavit, Priscilla Keim, dumped fuel oil in an attached garage in the house near Stevensville, after a family argument.
The report said Keim then rescued her kids from the house, which was destroyed. The youngsters are five, seven and 11-years-old.
The report said the woman was intoxicated. Lawyers said Keim has no criminal history.
Bail was originally set at $100,000, but Ravalli County District Judge James Haynes reduced bail to $10,000. If she posts bail, Keim is required to be monitored for alcohol use.
