Kayla Anderson continues her Shape Up For Summer Series this week with a workout that requires no equipment.
"Work Your Assets," is a class you can find at the Downtown Dance Collective in Missoula.
This is total body conditioning class, that uses your body as the tool to tone and shape your muscles.
Instructor Noel Phillips says she was inspired by dancers and yogis, people who use their bodies to get strong.
And don't expect the typical arm, abs and leg workouts. Phillips gets creative with her movements, incooperating plyometrics, lunges, and crazy ab work.
